Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the US and to Canada.

US - Shipping Rates and Methods

  • Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders within the US.
  • Priority Overnight Shipping: Customers can choose priority overnight shipping at the rate provided by UPS or USPS.

Canada - Shipping Rates and Methods

  • Customers can choose between Priority Mail International and Priority Mail Express International.

Processing Time

  • Normal Purchases: Orders for in-stock items are processed within 48 hours on business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Made-to-order Items: Processing for pre-order items may take up to 2 to 4 weeks. We will keep you updated via email regarding the status of your pre-order.
  • Pre-Order Items: Processing for pre-order items may take up to 2 to 4 weeks. We will keep you updated via email regarding the status of your pre-order.
  • Premium Shipping Options: (one day, two day, three day, expedited shipping, etc.) has an order cut-off time of 12:00 PM CST. If the order is placed after this time, it will not be processed until the following business day.

Delivery Time

US - Delivery times are estimated based on UPS or USPS provided times and are not guaranteed. However, standard shipping typically arrives within 3-5 business days.

Canada - Delivery times are estimated based on USPS provided times and are not guaranteed. Depending on the service selected this is typically 6-10 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your purchase has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can access your tracking information by clicking the tracking link in the email, which will direct you to the UPS or USPS tracking website for updates and statuses.

Handling Fees

We do not charge any handling fees.

International Shipping

Canada is currently the only international shipping we offer directly.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact us with the details at guy.hainesmac@gmail.com. We will work to send you a replacement as soon as possible for cases we determine to be acceptable.
